ASCE Mohawk-Hudson Section - Celebrating 75 Years of Excellence

Younger Members

ASCE Younger Members Committee was established to generate excitement in young engineers, (35 years of age or younger), provide networking opportunities and a means for younger engineers to ask questions and get answers! It's a resource for you to utilize and a means for you to build relationships with many professionals in the area and around the world.

What’s in it for the Younger Members?

ASCE offers a full range of activities and programs for Younger Members, defined as ASCE members 35 years of age or younger. These programs are designed to offer opportunities to network with peers, learn more about the profession, provide recognition and encourage the full professional development of Younger Members.

The Committee on Younger Members (CYM) publishes this newsletter three times per year, in an effort to keep Younger Members apprised of successful events, upcoming activities, award deadlines and contact information. We also include Student Members on our distribution list as our way of encouraging their involvement in Younger Member activities, both now and after graduation.

One of the primary functions of CYM is to ease the transition of Student Members into the mainstream of ASCE.
