2009 National Outstanding Section and Branch Web Site Award
The Mohawk Hudson Section has been selected as the recipient of the 2009 National Outstanding Section and Branch Web Site Award for Large Sesctions and Branches by ASCE National in December 2009. The section would like to thank Andrew F. Jensen for his hard work and dedication to the section especially for his work on new website.

On the brisk morning of October 17th the Poughkeepsie-Highland Bridge, Walkway Over the Hudson was dedicated as a National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark. The ASCE Mohawk Hudson Section chartered a bus for the members to attend the event. Joining us on the bus was students of ASCE President-Elect Ashraf Ghaly, a professor at Union College.
